Returns Policy

Tala products are produced to the highest specifications and we hope they meet our customers’ expectations. However, in the unlikely event that you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can return your item(s) to us within 28 days of receipt of the order.


– Tala operates a 28 day return policy.
– To request a full or partial refund, you must inform us in writing within 14 days of receipt of your order. You will then have an additional 14 days to return the item(s) to us.
– Refunds will be issued within 14 days of their return, pending a quality inspection.
– Products purchased on our online shop must be returned at the customers own expense, unless damaged, and our products must be returned in their original condition, with the correct Tala packaging.
– We operate a collection service with leading delivery service DPD. If a collection is missed for whatever reason, the customer is liable for the cost of returning the item(s) to us within the specified 28 day window.
