Delivery
All Tala products are carefully designed and engineered to give our customers the best experience possible. That’s why we take extra care when delivering them to you, only working with couriers and carriers that we trust.
Europe
- All orders ship from our Netherlands Distribution Centre.
- Europe is divided into three Shipping Zones, please see below:
- Zone 1 - Belgium, Germany & Netherlands
- Zone 2 - Austria, Croatia, Denmark, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Poland, Portugal, Spain & Czechia
- Zone 3 - Iceland, Norway, Switzerland, Cyprus, Malta, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, Serbia, Bulgaria, Finland, Latvia, Lithuania & Romania
- Free Standard delivery is offered on all Zone 1 & 2 orders over €200.
- Delivery will be charged for all Zone 3 orders.
- We do not process or dispatch orders on weekends or bank holidays.
- Delivery costs quoted at checkout.
- Orders placed in Zones 1 & 2 ship with DPD or UPS, depending on service selected.
- Orders placed in Zone 3 ship via UPS only.

Zone 1 & 2
- Standard (7-10 Working Days)
- Shipped with one of our standard courier partners, delivery aim 7-10 working days from order placement.
- Express (2-4 Working Days)
- Shipped with one of our express shipping partners, delivery aim 2-4 working days from order placement.
- Premium (1-2 Working Days)
- Shipped with one of our premium shipping partners, delivery aim of 1-2 working days from order placement.
Zone 3
- Standard (7-10 Working Days)
- Shipped with one of our standard courier partners, delivery aim 7-10 working days from order placement. All orders sent DDP.
- Express (3-5 Working Days)
- Shipped with one of our express shipping partners, delivery aim 3-5 working days from order placement. All orders sent DDP.
Returns + Refunds
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can return your item(s) to us 28 days from the day delivery for a full refund, providing they are in original resalable condition.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and uninstalled, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note all hard-wired items, including pendants, ceiling lights, chandeliers, cannot be returned once installed, unless they are proven faulty.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return reference and give further instruction. Please note that returns will need to be sent at the customers own expense and sent to the following address:

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us if the item is defective, damaged or incorrect. Please provide images of the damage / issue so that we can investigate the issue in full.
Damages or delivery errors will be investigated and replacement(s) issued where required.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
All hard-wired items, including pendants, ceiling lights, chandeliers, cannot be returned once installed, unless they are proven faulty.

customerservice@tala.co.uk so we can assist where possible.
Exchanges
The best way to initiate an exchange is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item. Please reach out to
customerservice@tala.co.uk to confirm return.
Refunds
We aim to issue refunds within 14 business days of their return, pending a quality inspection. Refunds will be automatically refunded to your original payment method if approved. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Refunds will not be issued if the item(s) is damaged on installation or by a third party.
